Frequently Asked Questions for Detex - V50 - Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device - Hex Dogging - Wide Stile - 36" - Satin Aluminum - Black Trim - Grade 1 Code Wizard Lever style: (AU) Augusta lever
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Do not add unnecessary units solely to qualify for a promotion. Do not infer unlimited availability from an unrestricted-looking selection field.
How can I keep a support request clear when several people respond?
Keep previous relevant messages available within the same conversation. Ask which proposed next step currently applies to your case.
What should I compare before choosing a bundle instead of individual options?
Consider whether support is provided together or through different contacts. Save the confirmed component list with the order.
