Frequently Asked Questions for SDC - 1511TNDKV - Tandem Delayed Egress - EM Lock - Fixed Delayed - Surface Mount - 1650lbs. - 12/24VDC - Aluminum - Fire Rated - Grade 1 Rolls Royce Screw terminals for simple connection
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Do not add unnecessary units solely to qualify for a promotion. Do not infer unlimited availability from an unrestricted-looking selection field.
How can I keep a support request clear when several people respond?
Keep previous relevant messages available within the same conversation. Ask which proposed next step currently applies to your case.
What should I compare before choosing a bundle instead of individual options?
Consider whether support is provided together or through different contacts. Save the confirmed component list with the order.
